What would be a more diet-friendly breakfast -- oatmeal or fat free yogurt? - fage greek yogurt

1 serving of Quaker Oats oatmeal real 1 / 2 a grapefruit.
Or
1 cup of "fat-free Fage Greek yogurt with some almonds on top.

Quaker Oats Oatmeal real 1 / 2 a grapefruit. More likely is that yogurt is to some extent contain processed sugars, and more. Oats are not processed and a good source of food in very little sugar.

Oats have more fiber and more can fill for you. Non-fat yogurt may fail a few calories and / or sugar. If they are thick, they should get something back in
